Try Yoga at Harlaxton Manor.
We are bringing you an hour-long yoga class in one of our beautiful state rooms to help you unwind from your day, move your body mindfully and take some time out for self-care. Yoga is great for bringing more awareness to our mind-body connection, to improve strength and flexibility as well as help calm the mind and connect with the breath. No previous experience needed – all levels and abilities welcome!
Arrival is between 6-6:15pm to allow you time to park and get ready before the class start time of 6:30pm.
You can bring your own mat if you have one, or if not please let us know when booking and we can provide one for you.
All bookings must be made in advance.
